Is there such thing as a Contemporary Catholic church?
I used to attend a Catholic church as a child. Recently I had been attending an Apostolic Pentacostal church. I want to go back to Catholic but am looking for something more open and not so strict and like clock-work. Any ideas?

I think what you are looking for is called the Life Teen services. These are Mass services which are directly specifically to the younger generation. If I were you I would go to your local parish Life Teen services and then ask around to see if there are other parishes with an even better Life Teen service. Some of these are not only contemporary but out right dynamic!
While the Catholic Church appears to be strict on the surface it really is broadminded. There are Catholics who prefer Mass in Latin, others are charismatic and similar to Pentecostals. Some Catholics are conservative and others are very liberal. If you examine their modern theologians you will find many who fit your idea of "contemporary".
And congratulations for your openness about returning to the Catholic Church. The Catholic Church has been the same organization that preserved the deposit of faith from the beginning. They have held on to their beliefs even when it wasn't popular in society. They trace their origin back 2000 years, unlike the Apostolic Pentecostal Church which is only about 100 years old. (It really isn't "Apostolic" at all.)

Your question brings to mind where in the bible it says Gods ways are not the way of man. So like your first answer that you received said your looking for a Church that suits you instead of a Church that suits God.Do you really honestly believe if you go to be with God that you'll be worshiping him in a way more suitable for you or will it be what God demands
Yes! Some Catholic churches are more contemporary than others (often, but not always, the ones in newer suburbs are more contemporary). I recommend trying different Catholic churches to find the one you like best. Additionally, you can pray to the Virgin Mary often. She is Our Lady of Good Counsel, and can help you to find a Catholic church that you would feel comfortable with.
