ikea has a lot of modern looking household items at a very affordable price

just buy a regular clock and take the hands off and cover up the area that the hands hook on to the clock and spray paint the clock white.

make it yourself for 3-8$, buy or salvage clock parts, here is a site to buy new parts, or go to goodwill and dismantle a clock.

now the clock face looks very similar to a plastic mixing pallete found in an art store.
drill a hole in the middle, and then put the parts together, glue on sometype of hook to hang on the wall with.
